🔷THE SENTINEL COLUMN🔷
The oldest formation that is in Stump Cross… Somewhere in the region of 300,000 years old!!😱A stalactite and a stalagmite have joined together to form a full column. Thankfully intact. If you look in the foreground there is a sneaky stump of a stalagmite, we have named this “Stumpy”.
