Returns Policy

We want you to love every item you buy from Stump Cross Caverns. However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

• You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique and often delicate nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

• Fossils, minerals, or crystals that show signs of handling or damage.
• Perishable goods or gift cards.
• Custom or personalised items.

How to Return an Item

Please email accounts@stumpcrosscaverns.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm return instructions. Returns must be posted at your own cost, using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
