What materials does Stump Cross offer?
We provide free materials related to science and history. These include a lesson plan for teachers along with online materials and education quizzes for students. These are friendly, accessible and bitesize, featuring our very own Cavewoman and Rowan the Reindeer characters. They can be used in conjunction with a trip to the caves or separately.
Are your materials linked to the National Curriculum?
Yes, all our educational materials are linked to the National Curriculum and can be used as supplementary material.
Do you offer school trips?
We provide fun, informative trips to the caves, teaching students about geology in context. Tours are in line with all Health and Safety regulations. Free parking available for coaches and minibuses.
